Setting Up Cost Export

Scheduling Cost export to storage account

1. Login to your 'Azure Portal'.

2. Search for “Cost Exports” in Azure Portal.

3. Click on “+ Create” for create a new export.

Step 1 - Section Export Details

1. Click On : "Create your on own export".

2. Type of Data: "Cost and usage details (Actual)".

3. Export Name : "DailyCostExportCloudCADI".

4. Dataset Version : "2021-10-01".

5. Frequency: "Daily export of month-to-date costs".

6. Click On: "Next".

7. Description : " Fill the Description ".

8. Export Prefix : "CADI".

9. Click On: "Next".

   

Step 2 - Section Storage

1. Storage Type: "Azure Blob Storage".

2. Destination: "Use Existing".

3. Subscription: "Microsoft Partner Network".

4. Storage Account: "cloudcadi".

5. Container: "daily-cost-export".

6. Directory: "daily-cost-report-dir".

7. Format: "CSV".

8. Compression: "GZip".

9. Click on "Review + Create".

10. Click on "Create".

    

    After Successfully Creation. It will be listed as below
